Bird's eye view in Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff
This hotel is a gem, the view at breakfast/lunch/drinks/dinner is spectacular, the food is amazing, the beds are the most comfortable (and after 8 nights we are experts) and most of all, the staff provide you with a level of service that is amazing but still stays very warm and funny and friendly. To all the staff in the restaurant, we miss you enormously! That breakfast was the stuff dreams are made of! To the men and women at the door we wish to say: next time Benjamin will arrange for the Braai. And I would love to mention one person in particular: Sfiso the poolmaster! His level of service, his kindness, his beautiful affection for the hotel, his ambition and willingness to work hard for that are a true inspiration for us both. I hope the Four Seasons will let you see the sea soon Sufis and if so let us know where you will be next and we will visit that hotel, because we will know for sure the service there will be second to none!!

Seamless check-in, wonderful friendly parking valets happy to park our car as well as golf cart drop off at the room. Beautiful large rooms situated close the heated family pool, for easy access for our 3 kids. Wonderful touches for the kids in the room with cake on arrival and a special gift.Great pool side service, everything made convenient with the whatsapp communications. Fantastic dinner at Flames with breathtaking views. The Chalmar steak was perfection. Kiddies menu was comprehensive and more than your usual basics to chose from. The breakfast was superb! All round great hotel with wonderful staff, everyone was friendly and happy to help with the kids. Shout out to Lucky, the hostesses at Flames that helped with a few family photos and all our lovely waiters and waitresses.

The Weatcliff was a truly memorable experience. We arrived Christmas Eve and were upgraded to the presidential suite with views of the Johannesburg Zoo. We could see elephants in the distance. Our room was spectacular and it had a huge patio. The beds were so comfortable that now I’m researching 4 seasons beds! We ate at the restaurant Christmas Eve with family that we were visiting. It was beautifully lit with entertainment, great food and even Christmas crackers. Breakfast was an unforgettable experience with one chef whose entire job was to peel fruit. The service was impeccable from picking us up at the airport to depositing us back two days later. Everyone was warm, annd so, so welcoming. I would defintely stay at the Westcliff again. It is really beautiful.

The Westcliffe's staff are a treasure- they are so welcoming, warm/kind/interested- and nothing is too much trouble. The whole property is immaculate, our room was beautiful with a stunning pose of flowers on arrival- plus various delicious snacks and nibbles. The room itself was large, with a large bathroom, with bath and seperate shower and WC. We had a verandah outside, which was perfect for sitting in the morning. The room was very quiet, AC worked well-- and a range of chargers and connectors for electronics/ streaming etc. Pools beautiful and the Best Gym-- huge range of modern gear, towel fridges, fruit and coffee. Nice floor mats and yoga mats. This was really appreciated by me.

100% definition of a 5-star starting from the driver receiving you in a Tuxedo with your name written on a tablet to the final exit where the reception team come to make sure you are well-settled in the car. Overall next level of hospitality. What striked us was when we ordered for a special menu and chef of a 5-star hotel personally walks to you to take notes of what you wish to have, advises you, prepares the menu and comes to your room with his team to make sure that the food is upto expectations - it was a never seen before for us.
